About the Role:

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Curriculum Director to lead the development of high-quality iGaming training programmes. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure our courses meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and learner needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, structure, and development of iGaming-related training programmes.
• Ensure training content aligns with compliance, responsible gambling, and operational excellence standards.
• Collaborate with industry experts, trainers, and instructional designers to create engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain quality control and ensure consistency across all course materials.
• Research trends in e-learning and iGaming to keep our curriculum relevant and competitive.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or education management.
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry and its regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of e-learning platforms, content creation tools, and assessment methods.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
