About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide professional support to players through live chat and email, assist with KYC and document checks, and deliver a high standard of customer care within the iGaming sector

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support players via live chat and email
  • Handle KYC and document processing
  • Resolve queries professionally and efficiently
  • Identify suspicious activity and escalate when needed
  • Support responsible gambling awareness
  • Promote relevant products and opportunities where appropriate

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in inbound and outbound customer support or live chat
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Additional language skills will be considered an advantage
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Must be based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
