About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CRM campaigns and lifecycle activities
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign results
- Assist with segmentation, retention, and engagement strategies
- Work with internal teams to improve performance
Requirements:
- Experience in CRM or a similar role in iGaming
- Understanding of segmentation, retention, and customer lifecycle
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
