About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Junior CRM Manager to support customer engagement, campaign performance, and retention activities within the iGaming sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CRM campaigns and lifecycle activities
  • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign results
  • Assist with segmentation, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Work with internal teams to improve performance

 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in CRM or a similar role in iGaming
  • Understanding of segmentation, retention, and customer lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
